Road to Success was conceived over 10 years ago as a competitive and developmental youth girls basketball program and league. The league currently supports over 80 girls basketball teams at 4 grade levels ( 5th - 8th grade). Teams from all over the Chicago metro area participate in the league. League play begins on the first Sunday of November and continues through February. Games are only scheduled on Sundays and all games are played at Neuqua Valley High School during the season. Grades 6 - 8 play a 20 game schedule and Grade 5 plays a 15 game schedule. A team will typically play 1 to 2 games on any given Sunday. Teams are organized by grade. Within a grade, teams are segragated by skill level - developing, intermediate, and competitive. Teams typically play other teams in their level during the season for developmental purposes. All games are officiated by IHSA officials.
